Update 4a and 5a

Piejump got update to setting panels.

The movement controler was updated, which might lead to easier jumps and smoother movement.

Now there is Controls panel, in whitch you can adjust desktop rotation speed.
The Sound panel got button that gives ability to mute sound.

Now using godot 4.3 which in theory should allow to use Wayland on linux.
